CLADIVUM, our premier brand, is supported by a guarantee of origin PRIEGO DE CORDOBA, It was conceived to benefit from our supreme quality oils. This product has been richly rewarded by international critics, e.g. the “Mario Solinas” (International Olive Oil Council) and the 2005 Silver Medal of the International “Wines & Olive Oils of the World Competition” (California, U.S.A.). CLADIVUM uses a very exclusive selection of the best olive fruits, picked in the optimum period of ripeness for each variety and processed within 24 hours. This leads to an olive juice with outstanding taste and aroma. LA ALDEA DE DON GIL (available filtered and unfiltered for a true rustic flavour) is bottled for our customers in 50 and 75 cl. Glass bottles and 5 l PET. carafes. Cladivum is exclusively bottled in 50 cl.
